You see, long story short, this subdomain doesn't exist at all.
You are now free to go somewhere else or stay a bit longer and unerstand why.

You see, our sites are controlled by the program cPanel. It is generally speaking a great program, but it contains a very annoying glitch which despite being flagged monthly in forums and officially for years, literally since 2006 to this day in 2022, it is still there. When you create a domain and start using subdomains, and if you are using the AutoSSL feature, cPanel starts creating bogus subdomains because it was a programming workaround from the early days, and now the dewvelopers simply cannot fix it, because it would probably crash everything.
Great programing huh? Yep, that's outsourcing for you...
